Turtigo ("we", "our", or "us") is dedicated to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Turtigo mobile application and web services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When signing in via Apple or Google, we receive your email address and authentication identifiers to sync your trips across devices.
Trip & Travel Content: Itineraries, flight bookings, stay details, and notes that you add or forward to our inbound booking service are processed to populate your trip timeline.
Location Data: Used locally on your device with your permission to center maps and provide relevant weather forecasts. We do not track your location in the background or sell location history.
Photos: Photos you select for landmark identification or trip covers are processed locally or with our secure API strictly to fulfill your request.

3. Data Usage & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only use your information to provide core trip planning, real-time collaboration with tripmates you explicitly invite, and flight status tracking.

4. Data Deletion & Retention

You can permanently delete your account and all associated trip data at any time directly within the iOS app under Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing support@turtigotrips.com.
